Cancellation Policy

The compensations owed by the tenant to Casa Mavi in the event of cancellation are:

– In case of cancellation from the confirmation of the reservation received, 30% of the total rental amount

– In case of cancellation from 62 to 93 days before arrival, 50% of the total rental amount

– In case of cancellation from 31 to 62 days before arrival, 75% of the total rental amount

– In case of cancellation from 14 to 31 days before arrival, 90% of the total rental amount

– In case of cancellation on the day of arrival up to 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total rental amount.

You must cancel in writing/by email.
