Due to the location of the villa on a hill, you will be super happy with the spectacular view of the mountains and hills that disappear into the blue Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy the peace and comfort of the villa and all the conveniences that this holiday accommodation offers.

The villa has a spacious living-dining room with beautiful views. There is a smart TV, books, games and a cozy wood stove that provides warmth in the colder months.

There are 3 rooms on the ground floor, all with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning (hot and cold), a desk and a sitting area.

A nice sunny room with 2 single beds, an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. The bedroom also has a sitting area, a spacious closet and a desk. View of the pool.

A cozy room with sea view. Sueño rosa has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. You also have a nice sitting area, a desk and a spacious closet.

When you go up the stairs you will enter a very spacious (family) room with a double bed and 2 single beds. This beautiful large room has a sitting area, a bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink with hairdryer. Of course there is also air conditioning (hot and cold) here.

TERRACES AND SWIMMING POOL

There are several seating areas on the spacious terraces for the necessary privacy. The beautiful terrace with sunbathing area is equipped with a Balinese bed, hammocks, sun loungers, parasols and a fantastic swimming pool with in-pool loungers and a side table. The swimming pool and the back wall consist of thousands of mosaic tiles that give a wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere. At the swimming pool you will find an outdoor shower and a toilet. Do you want something more active? Then entertain yourself with the table tennis table or the dartboard.

Casa Mavi is located 10 minutes from Torrox, easily accessible via a main road and the last 400 meters a good unpaved road. Torrox is a lively village with beautiful sandy beaches, a cozy boulevard with many restaurants, nice shops and chirinquitos (beach bars) where you can eat the most delicious tapas and fish dishes. Every Monday there is a market in Torrox. It is of course also very tempting to stay at the villa for a day and enjoy the nice swimming pool, laze on the Balinese bed or in a hammock and to finish a delicious BBQ. A tip: our favorite place in Torrox is Chirinquito 'Rincon de Pepe' with their small beach.
